On the East Coast, I drove past a sign that read “Keep off median”. Unfortunately, someone had flattened it anyway. I couldn’t stop there,but the image was lodged in my mind. I wanted to cut out the situation, but once back in the Netherlands I couldn’t remember the words on the sign. Until I came across the same sign near Los Banos (California). There, it was easy for me to stop and take a picture of the sign. A few years later, I was able to make the cut-out after all.
