HANDSPRING ON MOWN GRASS (a series of 5)

Cut out from Japanese paper,
cut-out a maximum of 1000 mm x 1000 mm,
black metal frame 1100 mm x 1100 mm.

Thin, black Japanese paper and a pair of scissors enabled me, for once, to make a leap (handspring) on freshly mown grass.Splendid and almost life-size. For this, I owe a lot of thanks toEadward Muybridge. The entire series is almost 6 metres wide.
